Plurals and Tenses

People with poor language skills do strange things to words. Some doctors develop a habit of adding extra syllables to words. For example:


"The patient was
hospitalizeded."


"The case was
discusseded."


Other doctors like to change nouns from the singular to the plural for no good reason. For instance:


"The neck had no
rigidities."
